You may ask, “Why don’t you just write the email? Why do I need to visit a page?” Those are great questions. I do this because spammers will spam my email if I write the email as is. Thus, I tell you my email in an unorthodox way.
I use Proton Mail. This means my handle is @proton.me. My username is my name in lowercase. I do not know whether writing a username in different case types—like uppercase—makes a difference, but I make an account with all lowercase letters.
